I made a one-frame comic based on @jacob1 and @Sylvi (Lockheedmartin at the time) first posted the Rules of The Powder Toy and @LBPHacker's love for rectangles:

To be honest @savask had been in and out of activity as a mod, even when I joined in April of 2012. The most active moderators then where @Simon, @jacob1, @Sylvi (Lockheedmartin), @Catelite, @cracker64 (I don't know his current username), @jacksonmj. @lolzy was on IRC with @Triclops200 and @HK6 with other future moderators such as @boxmein and @mniip. There's definitely other former staff members that were more active on IRC that if someone was acting up, you'd know about it on IRC or at least hear about it. For awhile @jacob1 and @Sylvi (Lockheedmartin) where keeping the game up around 2018.

Fun fact: For April Fools 2012, @Sylvi (Lockheedmartin) convinced the game they were a hacker. Only for members who checked the forums to know they were a moderator; even then this didn't convince some users ... (I watched this in real time).

Me and @LBPHacker joined around the same time and used to attract the same users to our saves. We would compliment each other's work. I still talk to him from time to time.

These are the most recent rules. There's definitely been rules before these updated rules. You'll see the moderators make a new thread every so often that the rules are found either obsolete, archaic, amended, or don't fit with the times etc.
