Features: Heats or cools to selected temperature. You use Heat/Cool to set the temperature of it, then it transfers that heat to elements touching it.
Appearance: Solid, Blue when cold, Red when hot
Reaction with existing elements: similar to diamond, does not melt or break under pressure.
This element would be useful in regulating temperatures in electronics, heating lasers, or preventing elements from melting. This element is needed because gol can only make things really hot or really cold. This element would be able to keep things at any temperature inbetween -273 and 9725 -

Filter does NOT behave like that. He's describing an element that will not lose it's own heat or cold when heating or cooling a substance (FILT does change temperature when in contact with other substances, even cold still GOL particles can be heated by dumping superheated uranium on them), but will behave instead as an absolute hot or cold temperature source causing other substances to change temperature while not being effected itself. It's own temperature would ONLY change when being heated by HEAT or COOL is selected as the element and applied DIRECTLY to this substance.
