    Yea, that's Windows Vista alright.

    On my school's computers PT is blocked by an antivirus, as the teachers got annoyed with people playing. But now that the game needs no external DLLs, it can run while zipped up. Try running it while it's still zipped up.

    no it isnt vista i downloaded a vista theme but its window XP. and i tried to open it zipped but cant open

    Strange, try fiddling with your anti-virus.

    Opening TPT while it's still in the .zip normally works. :I Strange...

    can you open it on a other folder location like downloads ????
    and are you a admin or your pc?

    If it is because you are not an admin, you can take a risk... Using cmd, delete their password, go into their account,make yourself an administrator. Their password will be gone, so they will probably just think it is a glitch... maybe.
