i think the system takes you off when your over the limit because that limit thing is pretty new

i think that jackeea is a perfectly perfect person who has done none wrong (apart from hold a grudge, nercoing heaps (one time)). The shrap kidz is awesome, and even though cctv hates jackeea, that doesnt mean she or he should be banned. i think that he or she is awesome.

The scrap kids stuff seems to be a fabrication to me. I have searched it and found no other occurrences of it in other forums. There isn't much I can do for him in ACA considering his deliberately flamed two division leaders.

The most that I can do for you is prevent them from launching a complete liquidation of your group.

I cannot. He never submitted another application or reached his limit of group memberships. Anyway, as long as he does not meddle with the affairs of Aperture, I should be able to prevent the destruction of his group.
