    Well it could be like a continuos fireworks since fireworks doesn't really stay there its just like an explosion but I get your point so I apologise for this "rubbish" (quote courtesy of cctv) suggestion

    This is pointless, but different.

    Firework = Launch and explode into colored particles.
    Flare = Launch and explode into one grand particle glowing hard and fading slowly, like a flash.

    Ah its fine it was a long shot in anyway

    Edit: Well I found another use for fusee

    "They are especially effective in igniting burnouts or backburns in very dry conditions, but not so effective when fuel conditions are moist' and they can be used in the ignition of controlled fires

    You looked up a use that isnt even relevant to Powder toy...

    Hey I couldn't think of one so I just simply looked up a use even if its irrelevant atleast its a use other then signalling which would be even more pointless
