    Wha!?!??!

    I have just importen software like CCleaner!

    It deletes unwanted and unimporten softwares!

    I use it every day!

    ccleaner doesnt delete software

    it just deletes all the useless little temp files that acumulate

    kinda like cleaning out your gutters



    and for your problem are saying that INTERNET EXPLORER pops up a bunch of times or a bunch of POP-UPs are coming up?

    You still need to run a virus scan every once in a while, trying scanning with something like Malwarebytes
