A real moving solid would be classified as having physics, velocity, etc. The wheel in powder game just spins, it cant fall, it doesn't have a specific velocity, it doesn't affect pressure, it just spins. 

I think this would be a great idea, because then you could make turbines that are powered by water, and perhaps air.

aren't wheels possible? it's basicly just a stationary bubble, isn't it?

when they spin they should make electricity like turbines. or they could crush stuff when powered.

true, if its a wheel it wont move since it will be circle as it gets in PT :P it will basically just generate electricity
