    Maybe its a fusion reactor. Dont cool it down, use fans to circulate the vapour through out the reactor. Or use CONV(DSTW).

    if it is deut/plut reactor, simply cut off feeding system, so reactor wont get anymore deut or plut, for uran turn of pressure and if it is boyl/uran reactor i dont know what to do i think you just need to cool it violently.

    when you cool it down violently the water turns to RIME
