necros are defined as being useless posts on old threads. That post didn't look useless to me. bang's might be, but no reason to complain so much about it, it isn't going to attack you.

I sometimes ban people who reply to necros, maybe longer than the person that did the original necro. Basically, every single forum post gets read by a mod at some point, and they will take action if they feel like it.
