Oh well, I probably misunderstood the one I read ;D 

EDIT: It was about a console command, not an actual tool ;D

I already suggested a 2 console commands that could potentially make any element indestructable but its progess remains unknown so i'd say we're good with what we got, mainly due to the fact that this is similar to want i suggested, but in element form....
