I made it now have a pull into it, also it produces lightning. I didn't do much with this because it was my first element created but I added a bit more to it.

Global variables that should be local are bad, but not hardcoding bad.

RAIB was just a random name to come to me. If you can think of a better name for this element please post. I will gladly change it on my MOD.
