Try pipe with water, so when it's heated (By the engine) it turns into water vapor (Stimulating air). It gets blown by fans (You could add fins here) into the area you want to cool. Also you should make it so that the area that should be cooled will have layered SHLD at the bottom and TTAN at the top. If you don't know how search layering. That way it won't risk an over heat. There should also be an gas only wall to allow the water vapor and a liquid only way to allow the cooled water back into the pipe. (NO CLNE!)
