    I managed to create one. Don't see any problems.

    I'll run it on my (surprisingly) 32-bit OTHER laptop (yeah, the one that runs ubuntu and sux) later. Seems the lua mods do exist, though.

    usually 64-bit O.S. can run 32 bit apps- at least Windows 7 on x86 based proccessor with 64 bit extensions. (from experience)

    There's a Windows thing called "Windows on Windows 64" which is basically a clone of System32's entire collection of libraries, except compiled for 32-bit, to support running 32-bit apps. So it's not simply "yeah it'll just work!".
