Where is the reactor you're working on? I would greatly love to see it.
You can make deuterium infinitely by converting the neutrons from a DEUT-NEUT reaction into electrons with liquid chrystal and bizzare; You can bombard deuterium with electrons and it will raise it's life value without decreasing it's volume.
Just a suggestion for neutron supply. (If you didn't know about it previously, that is.)
Just curious, but what are your requirements for destructibility?
My requirements typically are that the elements can be destroyed with realistic elements or reactions... In the case of bizzare I'd say it would be destructible as long as the simulation has at least one open side for the bizzare to be destroyed. (That's just me though)
