    I can assure you the redeem option is valid. We have received reports of a bug where the list of unlocked elements doesn't update until you exit back to the main screen.

    We cannot refund lost coins because this issue is due to user error, you should have known to exit back to the main screen first before repurchasing element packs.

    2) the youtube link opens some tpt troll video

    3) the reddit link opens r/birdswitharms
