EDIT: Forget everything I just noted here. Apparently, SteamWorks doesn't require some sort of linking to the actual game. I'll get back to you on this development

    kobalt:

I dont think that would really do good on steam, and im pretty sure you have to pay a minimum of atleast like 500 bucks to get it a chance.

But because steam greenlight has been replaced by steam direct, I feel like you have 3 things to do: plan to publish, sign a few contracts to certify that you are legitimate and pay 100 bucks, but we'll see

I took that little quote from the YOUTUBER Darklordjadow1

We (actually just myself) have already paid the fees and done the mountain of legal paperwork. There's been internal discussions that I won't go into details about, but the setup is going smoothly.

Once @jacob1 gets back I'm going to send out beta testing packages for macOS to them and a couple other people. As for Windows and Linux, people have reported the game installation and launch are working flawlessly. For now the storefront marketing material is being design. The soonest we'll release on Steam is likely around version 95.0

There will be more details when we're two weeks away from release.
