the file name of No. 1 is very suspicious and it is located in the temp folder - temporary files can be deleted without remorse, so do it. the windows svchost file should be located always in c:\windows\system32. DO NOT delete the c:\windows\system32\svchost file! in your case there is another "svchost" file in the startup and not located in the system32 directory; most likely (actually pretty sure) it is a virus . pls ask the hijackthis forum for further advise. besides that you have installed 9234784857 (rough estimation) tool bars and stuff like that! tool bars = tools of the devil to catch the souls of people.
no offence, but you should propably reinstall windows. it's faster and safer than trying to rescue your malware flooded system. next time pls dont install any tool bar. in most cases (aprox. 99,999%) they are useless or the have spyware/malware in it.
