Yes we can do IP bans, but it;s easy to get around. Unless Simon can implement a MAC address ban system, they'll use this to their advantage. @Mur I think it's fine. As long as there's no anomalous such as sharp jagged spikes of abuse voting then your okay.
i was accused of duplicate accounts when a friend came to my house and used TPT, he votes for my stuff and i told him not to, hope this dosent get him or me a ban.
