problem with identifier '__THROW'

    it's helped a bit but now i have a link error that states
    1>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'C:\Users\User\Documents\powder toy\FacialTurd-The-Powder-Toy-669a672\Libraries\SDL.lib'
    i've checked and the file is still there under the name SDL
    Dunno what to do
