Don't worry, everyone has depressing time. Think about it, if they were not there, how will we appreciate the happy time ?
For me, I have a lot of problems every 10 years since 1963 (my birth year) although 2010 was not that bad in troublesome time.
To make you laugh although it is a serious matter:
1963: I am born, 1973: wicked primary school teacher and measles (my only child sickness), 1983: I double my second uni year and caught by police during a demonstration (I was beating one policeman with his own stick), 1993: unemployed, big problems of money, 2003: in Nigeria, victim of blackmail scam, arrested by police for attempted murder (imagine what it is...). 2013 : ????

Pizza, maybe just go outside for a walk, look at the opposite sex people, this is spring in Europe. Make strenous physical exercise. Watch a movie however avoiding Ingmar Bergman. Change your mind.
