There are loads of non-element parts of the game (and some existing elements) that could do with improving.
Adding new elements is not really a priority at the moment, we already have plenty.

Developers also have the priviledges of a moderator, so I guess you could count jacksonmj as a mod.

I don't see anything wrong there. You had probably already taken what tpt was before advantage of, so now as the devs try and fix up tpt, you whinge and whine. Just be patient. The situation will get better eventually.
