there is a week time limit, that starts on the first publication date. if it takes 6 days to get there, it will only be there a day. Not even mods can push it up after that. Simon *could* as with the rules save, but thats different.
Sometimes it seems to follow cycles where a bunch drop off at about the same time, and thus the number of votes to get on gets very low, so thats your best chance.
