@nmd(View Post) First of all, visual C++ is huge... especially if you have ultimate like I do, therefore meaning it would take a LONG time to upload and a LONG time to download. Longer than downloading and installing yourself.
@nmd(View Post) Easy First, go at your friend's computer with an USB device that have at least 10 GB of memory ( Just to be sure it fits even with the crap on it ) Then download it like you would normally download it Then Copy And Paste the downloaded file to your USB Device
@nmd(View Post) I'm going to assume you downloaded the web installer. Download (at the same place you downloaded the web installer) the ISO for Visual Studio and burn it to a CD or mount it with virtual CD software.
