Everyone knows what I am talking about when I talk about my reactor. lol -
Found the problem! When water or distilled water is frozen it will come out as regular water. If they are heated to steam and cooled down, they will be distilled. In your chambers the water is frozen, making them come out as water. Then when the other distilled water touches the water, it turns into water.
