I can't do either one, not software center, not apt get, i even tried adding a software source, but they took that feature out of 10.10!

@frankbro helped me fix my errors he went TV with me and he just installed liblua5.1-0 and that fixed the problem.
here is the command just in case:
sudo apt-get install sudo apt-get install liblua5.1-0

Ok, im having the EXACT SAME problem, but with a mac. I compiled and installed lua, but it says that lua.h (and several other ones) dont exist.
