You'll have to get permissions to run it. It's not an issue with TPT, it's with the privileges on your computer. You can make yourself an admin through the cmd prompt. The details of how are easily discoverable, but I'm not going to show anyone.

If you are not an admin, then ask whomever is the admin of the computer you are using.

It basically was in 'My Documents'. Read the folder path in the screenshot. :P
