Ok i read some stuff on the internet about it, you do have .Net 4 installed?
Check for the file it asks for, C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\MSBuild.exe
and see if it is there, maybe try installing .net 4 http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17718
