MA GAWD that is a bomb that is waaayyyy to big than required. It has too much of tnt and when the deut goes off, it is LAGLAGLAGLAGLAG.....

He actually explained the first rule in a later post:
" yes. because you could mix a bunch of stuff together, and it wouldn't explode unless you have the right materials placed. it must explode."
But clearly if something doesn't explode it's not a bomb. But if you make a powered bomb and forget the trigger, it makes sense. -
