I'm thinking of merging Bismuth (which you are the 2nd person to suggest) with a few other elements to create a new crystal-like element. Not sure exactly what this could be, though. Many people want an element like it so I'm probably going to add it.
I take back what I said about forcefields as you describe it being impossible. It is very much possible and I will probably include it.
I have one.
Graphite-GRPH. Transparent to energy particals. Slows down energy particals that pass though it more effectively than ice or snow. burns slightly hotter than most fuels at a slightly slower pace than COAL. melts at 3400.C into lava. Non conductive. Good for reactors. When under extreme pressures >80 then after a delay turns into BCOL If over 500.c then it catchs fire the moment it changes.
PISL: powered insulator that when his tmp is to 256 can block the pressure and if his tmp2 is in 10000 blocks the heat,
also the amount of numbers in both tmp will determine how much pressure or heat it will let out, these numbers have a limit of tmp-256 and tm2-10000
Sounds interesting! I'll consider it.
Sounds a bit like HSWC? I'm not really sure what's the point of making TMP and TMP2 such large values, you could just have 0 = none, 1 = heat only, 2 = pressure only, and 3 = both. A powered pressure gate could be interesting but I'm not exactly sure how I'd implement that.
Perhaps there could be gamma radiation that is like prot and neut emmited from plut and uran
BULT: Acts like dmg but when hitting a distructible element(ttan, metl, etc not dmnd) deletes a chunk of material next to it with size depending on the toughness(ttan<metl<wood). Also if there is a material that has a second stage like glas wood rock that breaks into powder 5% of the effected material is turned into their second form and is not deleted. If 2 materials are in the range of the effect the size of the damage corresponds to the first element hit. Reason for request: a bullet like powder is needed because embr doesnt really have big damage and it sets things on fire, bomb has big damage but its too big and again, fire. Dmg would be similar but generates too much pressure. In conclusion the BULT will be a scaling damage bomb that doesnt ignite stuff and doesnt generate pressure/less pressure than dmg.
element versions of all the walls
add spiders that crawl around your screen and make webs and eat stuff
and i just don't like using walls because their big and clunky and snap to 4 but i'm fine if other people use them ig
and the thermistor elements' self cooling property makes them useless for actual thermistors, really they should be called heat based transistor bases
that bunch of numbers is so that it is not a fixed amount of blocking, it is so that the amount of insulation is more customizable and I do not think it is HSWC since apart from blocking part of the heat it blocks the pressure, and is not destroyed with BOMB or DEST since it is like the DMND that is not affected by WARP, AMTR, SING, BOMB and DEST
Oh, customizable heat/pressure flow makes a bit more sense.
