If you were to get banned and you came back with a new account, cause no more trouble, would mods/admin ban you 'cause they know who the user is?

To everybody who is asking about others up voting. I could be wrong, but I think I am right. If the account is OWNED by another person, and that person up votes you (even upon request) it is okay. Now if you force them to vote up on your creation by gunpoint... you have bigger problems to deal with than getting banned from pt.

Well it depends on the moderator who is seeking to ban to them. I don't ban as much, unless they create an account just for spam.

To save people from getting banned, why not just stop people who have the same IP address vote for each other? That way, self voters couldn't vote for themselves, and people who use the same computer can't vote others saves which may save them getting banned by accident? Well, coming to think of it, it may be too hard, otherwise why wouldn't you have done that already?

Just make it so that when you self vote it removes 100 votes from your project...
    PROBLEM SOLVED :)

Yes, but it has to detect the IP address automatically to do that.

We don't do this because a lot of younger people who use the game access the save database from a school or other similar place. Most schools use a single proxy computer for all their desktops, meaning every student would be unable to vote entirely.

Ah, I didn't think of that.
