    It's competition. Other companies don't just say you can't have a group because we have a group. The whole process involves competition and if you want to assimilate this group, then you have to either negotiate real reasons to do so or drive this company out of veiws ( or popularity). This company may do the same to your company.

    You don't have to forfit. If it were me, i would continue with the company, and only forfit if there was no success over a certain period of time.
