    My idea is hydrogen: HDRG or H. This gas is flammable, colorless, odorless, non-metallic and insoluble in water.

    We need to gases as
    Helium: He or HELM. Monatomic gas is a colorless, odorless and is a noble gas.
    Carbon: C or CABN. is used by the plant, has the graphite and diamond.
    Sulfur: S or SLFR. It is a non-metal tasteless and odorless, easily recognized in the form of yellow crystals.
    Hydrogen: HDRG or H. This gas is flammable, colorless, odorless, non-metallic and insoluble in water.

    Carbon is coal (and is not a gas).
    Why do we care if it is tasteless? And what would it bring?

    rofl sulfur tasteles..... i think sulfur could be cool it could make alot of smoke and if put on coal it makes gunpowder! ( i know we need saltpeter but that would be a ponless element)

    What about a Fuse element? I think a lot of people would find it useful.
    C-4 can be used as a fuse as can wood, but wood sometimes stops burning and C-4 burns to fast sometimes.

    I'm currently trying to make a fuse right now, but I have had no luck.
