Abuse of multiple accounts

    There is nothing wrong with multiple accounts, it is ABUSE of said accounts that is bad.
    He hasn't done anything suspicious, so there is no harm. (coming from a previous ban for multi-account abuse, he will be watched, or even banned if simon decides to for evading)

    Ok, i was just making sure because he even told me to keep it low, which seemed suspicious to me.
