It's not the dll's. It is not compiling correctly as an executable. I remeber that Powder Sim used to run fine on Windows 7, but the same thing that happened here appeared when running PS on XP. So the owner compilied it on a virtual machine with XP and it worked fine. So try compiling it on Windows, if you don't have it already.

I just discovered why. It's empty, there's nothing in it, it's only 31KB. Must have failed to upload. I'll see if I can beat some sense into stupid SourceTree. "GGGRRRRR!"
Edit: Go into the build folder in Github, click the application then click RAW. That may work.
