Yep. Windows wont allow you to create file, named .htaccess. But you can download any CMS (Wordpress, DataLife Engine, etc.) and take .htaccess from them. Then, open .htaccess in notepad, and clean it, then you can put code, which I posted here.

ok i got the .htaccess file working. but what do i call the actual compiled versions of tpt for different OS's to the server

lmao some of us people that actually know how to program(PHP) should create a deployable Powder Toy server in PHP, just for lulz.

Once, in a modifcation of Scratch at scratch.mit.edu , I made a Powder Game for the mod [ called Panther ].
