Mods are players edited softwares ( In this case Powder Toy ) And code their own features that doesn't exist in the Official version of Powder Toy AKA PT or TPT. The most common features coded are new elements, but some Moders edited other part of TPT. Mods are like an new TPT, and some of the best elements in mods are SOMETIMES added to the official version. That's an mod
