I'M BACK (*Clapping off-stage is heard*), I think that there should be some guideline thing people need to read before they make a group since a lot of *ahem* 'newcomers' appear on the forums and unintentionally bug other users in making a group that is stupidly alike to a existing one (examples are easily found littered everywhere).

@roguegeneral-- They won't take over for the users of it are rather jovial and have troll-like behaviour in their threads which may deter some people. I personally accept all these new groups but it just clogs up the forums with things some users don't want to read in the General section :)
