Well i did some research which your oil rigs and i also tested liking that are heavier than oil and i could do this. My Oil Rig for make it work put some Glow on the deposit and press the on button, then it will start getting oil from the underground. Here it is.

I didn't see any spill when I ran it a few times. Well I added fins to the side in order to stop that if ever.
