It still crashes. Tried with a block of metal and some water, then just tried flooding the whole screen with it (water, that is). Of course, it might just not be uploaded yet....
Filling with the square brush seems to work fine, as you said. Filling, in replace mode, the new element (i.e. what you're replacing the target element with), with empty (i.e. flood deleting) crashes regardless of the brush used. Will this fix the neutron fill bug too, perchance?
Perhaps ACID shouldn't dissolve things it can't touch? When separated by a 1px line/container of DMND, ACID still dissolved the INSL that was outside. Totally ruins my idea for an ACID-cooled reactor. (Though, to be honest, ACID really shouldn't dissolve GLAS either--that'd be useful.)
Perhaps we could also have a separate, more realistic THRM that, instead of instantly turning into LAVA, would spit particles of superheated BMTL (read: LAVA that cools into BMTL) everywhere, kind of like it was burning. Here's an example image of what I was thinking. Either that, or perhaps an element that could be mixed with THRM to provide the same effect--presumably this'd be powdered aluminum oxide. I'm not totally sure how that would work, though.
Carpaccio it is not uploaded yet, getting a minor problem drawing the circle brush now, and i will check the other crash as well. All these crashes seem to be windows only, get linux.
i don't want to change acid because i think some creations use that property of acid to delete things far away. But adding just GLAS to be immune should be alright.
Really? I haven't seen that. Acid seems mostly ignored in most of the popular creations. But if GLAS functioned kind of like INSL insofar as blocking the dissolving effect from affecting things through it, that would be useful.
fixed floodfill crashing. one small bug, on windows, certain circle brush sizes will not spawn particles at the very edges of the circle, i am trying to figure it out.
forgot to make glass acid resistant, will get it in next update.
GRAV now slowly changes its colors over time.
@_@- element that contrasts normal states. turns into solid at high temp, gas at low temp. has no other properties right now.
sorry for the fast update but. PLNT eats SMKE and gives off O2 after a bit. GLAS should act like insulation for acid, blocking what it eats. it is kind of glitchy.
