     if there weren't, the playerbase would get content starved after a while, so most likely

    ofc i'm not a developer but this still makes sense

    You can download the snapshots here - https://starcatcher.us/TPT/

    Only way to get the snapshots is to download them from that page, at the moment.

    Snapshot 395 2026-05-07
    • Cap velocity in ACEL, FRAY, and RPEL
    • Add ambient air pressure and velocity
    • Add MenuSort property, which can control the menu priority elements are shown in menus
    • Skip intro text when HUD is turned off
    • Add api for controlling textbox focus
    • Remove fake element identifiers from elem table. Compat is provided for existing identifiers in compat.lua
    • Change version to 99.5
    • Fix misleading error message when modifying particles in Create/ChangeType events; allow certain socket api calls in all events (since 387)
    • Add debug category for frame time measurements - tpt.debug(tpt.DEBUG_FRAMETIME)
    • Prevent SEED and PIPE from carrying over ctype and other properties when undergoing transitions (since long ago)
    • Add creation reaction for AMTR: PROT collision + TUNG -> AMTR (same conditions as SING formation)
    • Add creation reaction for PTNM: LAVA(GOLD) + <200 pressure + 1/20000 rng -> LAVA(PTNM)
    • Add creation reaction for LITH: LAVA(SLCN) + LAVA(SALT) -> LAVA(LITH)
    • Set default vorticity to 0.1, as intended (since 388)

    Some of these changes were already in the 99.5 release. 99.5 was created off a copy of 99.3 instead of the master branch. Was kind of weird that the snapshots didn't have any of those changes even though it's supposed to be bleeding edge, so I released the snapshot.

    There's actually a lot of cool things in here though, like ambient air pressure and velocity, some new reactions to existing elements, and a new fps profiling tool.

    Idea: a way to make glow. Suggestion: Ability to enter gravity specifically. (down to 0.001 hopefully) because currently you can get 0g's, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2. not great. To give base another use: BASE+GLOW=PTNM with a 1/10 chance at 0C. for every 100c it goes to 1/9 at 100c, 1/8 at 200c, etc. at 1000c its every frame.
