the mod doesnt work.. it saies that MSVCR100.dll is missing.

Ok, I've been trying to run this under Wine and it won't start, even after copying MSCVR100.DLL to the mod's directory. I can give you the crashlog in a textfile if you think you can make heads or tails of it.
