i'll redownload em, whatever.
alright, it failed for some reason and i pressed the fail safe button and it somehow deleted my scripts.
Ok yeah, so some lua script caused a crash and the fail safe module got activated. Dw, the scripts are still there. You should just enable them one by one from manager.
The new version of the mod preserves all the scripts and also the script info file, it just renames it to scriptinfo backup.txt or something. See if you can just point out the exact script that caused it (last thing you loaded/ changed). So that we can fix it.
Just got a warning that cracker.exe has Wacatac.B!ml inside of it... The mod has been installed for over a year and I have scanned the exact folder it's in multiple times before but now I got this warning even tho I haven't updated or even launched the exe in months.
The mod got various updates recently which might have triggered the windows defender during a routine scan or something. It still ends with a !ml so still safe to ignore these warnings.
Also, update the mod lol.
how can i update back to an older version like 55.5 because for some reason from all the recent updates my game lags and i know its because my laptop is almost 18 years old but i used to be able to run the game at a stable 400 fps in an empty save and now in an empty save with performance on and frame limiter off i barely get 20 fps and in a simple save i get a power point slideshow
Are you sure it's the update that is causing such severe lag?
Try disabling lua scripts and other background applications before testing it.
Also, what kind of performance do you get with v97.0 stable vanilla version?
I would appreciate if you can test snapshots too. If v97.0 and latest snapshot gives you satisfactory results (no severe lag) then let me know and I will compile an older version of my mod for you.
Cracker there's an issue with your mod and Ultimata.

I already saw it. I am not aware of any script that could cause the crash. At best you can get a few errors because of some lua api changes. Maybe you can point out the scripts and exact procedure for reproducing the crash instead of just saying "aah c1k and ultimata crash a lot".
Catsoften is working on ultimata to merge in new changes, and this mod is already updated to a recent version of master.
All I can say is that it's fairly stable for me and a few script errors that remains will be fixed with an upcoming manager update or when official compatibility for older scripts gets worked upon.
