Actually, travel back in time is completely possible, but only to the point when the first time machine is turned on. SO if i make a time machine today, and turn it on, if nobody turn it off for ten years, People can travel 10 years back in time to the point where i first turned on the time machine. a guy figured out how to do it with high powered lasers, but it would destroy the power grid because of all the energy it would need.

EDIT: another thing, once you turn a time machine on, you would start getting things and people from the future. it would be pretty awesome.

you can travel with the present, not to it, because you are already in it.

And i would think there would be water (ice) on the moon any way as the moon was supposedly formed when earth and a dwarf planet collided to form debri, that stuck together...

No planet is made of ice only, but a planet with ice on it is just when there is lots of solid water.
