i was thinking "what if we made a city that you had to manage using the various tools available in tpt?"
so i came here to see who would be interested, it would possibly require electronics, we would need realistic small reactors (they have to run out and be able to overload ETC.) randomised rain (water management?) mining sites, business's and things that would make it more of a challenge, if you dont understand just ask.

i havnt made anything towards it yet because im not acctually sure where to start besides the ground so im gonna let you guys start the project.

Jobs (can be 1-3 people on each job)

custom job: if theres anything ive missed up ^ or something you think should be added as a job just put it in your post

Well I have a few pressure and fire sensitive reactors... I'll see if I can make them run out of fuel later by replacing the BCLN with an ISZS input unit. I might be able to engineer to be capable of overheating if the input is of high enough density by giving it inadequate heat dispersal and attaching a deco'd pipe bomb.

why do your ideas somehow always veer into the way of war?

Because the reactors don't overload very realistically, a single DEST in a PIPE would make it look more like it is overloading, otherwise photons just get released and the reactor may or may not partially collapse or catch fire. Anyway, I'm more concerned about the fuel. It is very difficult to create a highly-inefficient photon production unit that will provide the required photons. Currently, my prototypes either continuously produce photons regardless of fuel or can't even start.

ok, im not the best with small scale reactors so i cant help there

I think I'll need to design a new reactor, the current ones are too efficient.

Many people are AFK, I wish that @Ace was here. He created a good reactor concept that used DEUT fission to produce neutron which were placed in glass and generated neutrons.

Edit: Screw it. I've had enough of this. I'm just going to take an extremely low-efficiency unit and hook up a SPRK-multiplier to it. I'll link the explosives to the reactor so that the capacitors overload when the reactors overheat.

i made the reactor (its basic) but now we need to connect it to a drill for oil to power its heating.

EDIT: well the test run didnt go well :P

TEST 2: it worked but it slung some water away :P

TEST 3: it worked well but you need 2 tanks of oil to start it

I have the SPRK-booster ready, too much heat or pressure will create a large explosion. It is bulky but can generate about 24 output SPRKs with a single input SPRK.
