    element name: Unob

    color:020017

    type: solid

    location: special

The substance would have no reactions to anything, but it would be able to block heat, electricity, pressure and it would be indistructible. Basicly it would be ttan, dmnd, and insl all in one.

This element could be used for many things from reactors,electonics,... anything.

please tell me if this is a good idea for the game or not.

Block anything? So it's technically DMND and INSL?

yes but it also would block pressure just like ttan

Welll, LockHeedMartin.  It is a problem to arrange elements in TPT to make a completely elemental wall.  To block pressure, heat, electricity, and be indestructible; you would need to arrange the ttan, insl, and dmnd so that the dmnd would not heat up and melt the ttan. but the insl doesn't light on fire.  It is then pretty much vulnerable from both sides.  Once you accomplished al the goals on both sides, you exceed the size of a wall block rendering it a completely waste of space.  If someone could just make an element that does exactly what the normal wall, does, and make it useable in a single pixel, it would save space, and make people more happy.

I just use wall, I have no problem with the minimum size, and what you are suggesting, is a reduction in wall size.

Yes thats exactly what i was going for cj646464 thank you. One of the reasons I want this is because im trying to make a fusion reactor without wall blocks.

And yes spock that is what im suggesting.

I don't know how the developers feel about making walls redundant - but they could all be replaced with particles somehow.

well no this would just make the regular wall some what obsolete, because it could still be usefull.

but replacing all walls with particles would ruin saves maybe if a completly new sectoin was made with elements that behave the exact same way would work

No, walls will live on.  Walls, were the best things in tpt, you can't just replace them.  Everypne thinks it's better when somebody makes a save without walls.     *Look at Catelite's saves*/

well they would still be very usefull for some things, just not when you require space
