Plutonium. Fissile. Becomes more unstable under pressure.
Creation
By molten ROCK, with 1/390625 frequency, while under 100+ pressure and at least 4726.85°C:
Through PROT collisions, at very high velocities (700 - 500000):
From ISOZ or ISZS, upon contact with PTNM:
Fission
Normally, when PLUT is left alone it cannot be melted, but when it undergoes fission it can turn into NEUT, URAN and Molten PLUT:
(hit with NEUT) → 6/9
+ 2/9 Molten
+ 1/9
+ 10 pressure
Molten PLUT will remain at max temp for a few frames after the reaction, and will turn into STNE when cooled.
Fission can be caused by an excessive amount of NEUT or mid-ranged pressures.
Fission will not happen under less than -3 pressure.
