General Properties

These elements specialize in being able to conduct electricity. When its conducting electricity it will turn into SPRK and its CType will become the conducting element. Once the SPRK's life value reaches 0 it will beomce its CType, but it cannot be sparked again for a few frames. Afterwards, the conductable material can conduct electricity again. This process is very similar to Alternating Current.
