Can onyone tell me what is this element and where can I find it in my elements?

I haven't noticed it in rpel... seems that it's just a system element. However, it's useful :) -

i used dmg in one of mu fusion bombs; the fusion makes lots of pressure & heat while the dmg creates lots of wide range pressure and damage -
