    1000c is what it takes to melt through metal. try containing LIFE in diamond. for example; 3x8. (thats 3 particles high and 8 long.) then put REPL or GNAR in the diamond but first make the hole down the middle. then make it so the laser/PHOT is skimming the diamond. that should make the outside PHOT at least 6000'c
