Process of sword making. Anyone wonder why people don't use swords in modern day?

    There's also such things as stone swords too...

    That was the first thing I tried, the broken metal melts and becomes solid metal before reaching halfway through the mold, you need pressure to make broken metal in the mold to form the sword.

    woodn't it make sense to put broken metal in the clone so that it melts and goes into the sword cools and is solid?
